I wasn’t expecting much, and it didn’t totally blow me away, but at the same time it’s hard to complain for what it costs. It feels like a good deal, even if I’m not sure I’d call it amazing. I probably wouldn’t pay more for it, but for the price, yeah, I’d say it was worth it.

"Looks great, but the fabric drama is real"
I do really like the whole AllSaints vibe, the style is effortlessly cool and makes me feel like I’ve got my life together. But the material quality has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Some tops are lovely, soft, and hold up really well, while one jumper started bobbling way too soon, which felt like a tiny fashion tragedy. For the price, I was expecting a bit more consistency. It’s not terrible by any means, just not quite the luxury moment I hoped for.

"Really, really well-made jacket"
I picked up a leather jacket from AllSaints it feels really, really good quality. The leather is thick but not stiff or awkward, and the stitching looks super neat. It hangs nicely too, like it just sits right. Definitely not cheap, but it feels like the kind of jacket that’ll last for years and years.

"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to send a jacket back and the refund wasn’t instant, but refunds are always a bit slower than you hope. It took about a week after they received it, which is pretty much how these things seem to go everywhere. Support got back to me fine, the money came through in the end, and it was all sorted. I’d use them again.

"Delivery took a bit longer than expected"
The delivery was a little slower than I thought it would be, but it did show up in good condition. Not a huge deal, obviously shipping can take extra time sometimes, but I do wish it had arrived a bit sooner.

I ordered a jacket from allsaints.com and was a little unsure how delivery would go, but it showed up exactly when they said it would. Relief. The tracking updated properly the whole time too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was or having to chase anyone.

The package arrived in good shape, not dented or beat up, which I appreciated. Nice. Overall it was just a really straightforward ordering and delivery experience, and that’s all I was hoping for. I’d order again based on how smooth it was

I popped into AllSaints to try on a jacket I’d been eyeing online, and it was such a smooth experience. The staff were really friendly without hovering, which I always appreciate because I like having a bit of space when I shop. They helped me figure out the right size and even checked stock for me. I ended up buying the jacket in store, and it reminded me why I sometimes prefer shopping in person over ordering everything online. Super easy trip and really happy with what I got
